Karen Danforth Diaz lives in West Springfield, MA with her husband Hector and their two daughters Marisa and Alicia. She has a Master's Degree in Reading from American International College. Karen has served as a classroom teacher, a Reading Recovery teacher, a reading specialist and is currently the elementary literacy coach in West Springfield.




Melissa J. Martin resides in West Springfield, MA with her husband Doug and two children Brittany and Brendan. She holds a Master's Degree in Elementary Education from Elms College and has taught in West Springfield for the past 12 years. Currently, she is a first grade classroom teacher at Tatham School.
