A Bolton native and former Columbus County educator has written seven children’s books that will be part of the Kaleidoscope Collection sponsored by Hameray Publishing Group Inc., of San Diego, Calif.

On the 1st day of the conference, Joy Cowley was at our booth, signing autographs and meeting her fans.
