    A shipping and handling fee equal to 10% of your order subtotal will be applied to all orders, with a minimum charge of $6 per order.

  • All Other Countries
    For international orders outside of the United States, a shipping and handling fee equal to 20% of your order subtotal will generally be applied to your order. However, international shipping and handling fees can vary.
