What is the onboarding process after I have subscribed to one of the digital collections?

Within 1 business day of completing your purchase, you will receive a short Onboarding Survey via email, which will provide us some basic information. From this survey, we will create the login credentials you will need to get started. One of our Digital Team members will work closely with you to make sure you are able to successfully launch.
