Fishing for the Moon Big Book

A young girl confuses the moon's bright reflection in a well for the real thing. She excitedly rushes off to fetch her fishing rod so that she can pull the moon from the well. In this misadventure, the girl learns an important lesson about not rushing into things.

About This Series:

Fables & the Real World is a unique series that pairs each of thirty fables with three nonfiction books for a total of 120 titles (30 fiction and 90 nonfiction). This series is an easy and engaging way for emergent readers to begin comparing and contrasting fiction and nonfiction texts.
